You confirm that:

• Submitted data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You have the legal authority to provide such information.
• You will not submit false or misleading documents.

• Secure storage and usage of your data strictly for loan facilitation.
• No sale or misuse of your information beyond loan processing.

5. Limitation of Liability

GPRS does not hold any liability and is not responsible for approval decisions.

6. Modifications & Termination

GPRS may modify or terminate this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Website signifies acceptance of revised terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Indian laws, with disputes subject to courts in Dehradun, India.
